After the Major League Soccer season was put on hold due to COVID-19, players from the Columbus Crew SC returned to the pitch Wednesday for individual workouts.

There are reports that MLS is considering sending all 26 teams to Orlando to finish the season.

Crew head coach Caleb Porter said he doesn't know what the future holds, but he is open to finishing the season in Orlando.

"Sometimes we just don't know the answers to those questions," Porter said. "I don't know if that's going to happen, but I have heard it thrown out and I think we're all open-minded to listen to it."

The Crew played just two matches before the MLS season was suspended. The Crew last played on March 7.

After the season was suspended, the league said it hoped to return to play in mid-May, but the suspension of games has been extended until at least June 8.
