ROANOKE, Va. (WSET) -- Krispy Kreme wants to thank healthcare professionals for their hard work during the coronavirus pandemic by offering them a sweet deal.

The company announced on Twitter that every Monday from National Doctors' Day on March 30 through National Nurses' Week on May 11, healthcare professionals can receive a dozen doughnuts for free.

Krispy Kreme will provide all healthcare workers free dozens of thier Original Glazed Doughnuts.

All you have to do is go to a Krispy Kreme drive-thru, tell them what you need and show your employer badge.

In addition, on Saturdays beginning March 28, Krispy Kreme will add a free dozen Original Glazed Doughnuts to every pick-up, drive-thru and delivery order that includes a full price dozen Original Glazed Doughnuts or more, encouraging customers to put a smile on a neighbor's face by giving them the free dozen.
