Curiosity didn't kill this cat, it may have stranded it, but it didn't kill it.
A news crew in Florida captured amazing video of a Bobcat that appeared to be stuck high on top of a utility pole.
The bobcat was originally spotted by a Florida Department of Transportation camera.
It was on top of the pole on I-75 near State Road 29. The portion of I-75 is nicknamed "Alligator Alley" because it passes through protected wetlands near Everglades National Park.
After a little prompting from some helpful humans in a cherry picker, the bobcat shimmed down the pole on its own, and managed to avoid the attached power lines along the way.
The bobcat then ran off into the wild.
