DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - Two people were indicted in connection with a series of robberies and a homicide.

Joshua Beall, 29 of Riverside, and Casey Cole, 19 of Seaman, are both being held in the Montgomery County Jail.

Beall is accused of robbing the U.S. Bank branch inside a Meijer store in Greene County on May 26, then robbing a Domino's Pizza delivery driver the next day in Huber Heights. On May 29, he's accused of robbing the same bank in Greene County. Cole is accused of robbing the LCNB National Bank in Oakwood on May 30 while Beall was in the get away vehicle.

That same night, the two were inside an apartment on Maryland Avenue when Beall reportedly fired a handgun several times. Donald Armstrong III, 26, was killed in the shooting. Beall is also accused of pointing a handgun at another man who was present, but it jammed, so the two drove away and eventually arrived in Hamilton County.

Officers were able to track down Beall and Cole, but when they attempted to come up to them, they took off in a vehicle. The pursuit ended when Beall reportedly crashed the vehicle.

He was indicted on two counts of murder, one count of attempted murder, two counts felonious assault, one count of complicity to commit robbery, two counts of having weapons while under disability, three counts of robbery, one count of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and one count of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer. Cole was indicted on one count of robbery.

They're set to be arraigned June 12.
