Tonight police are looking for some brazen thieves who broke into a home in Galloway

They tied up the homeowners with zip ties and then ransacked the home.

They took jewelry, cash, electronics and cell phones.

Amanda Gray lives on Rockets Street, just a few doors down from the home invasion.

"It's hard to believe it happened in our neighborhood. I can't say that we've ever had anything like this happen here before," she said.

The robbery has neighbors taking extra precautions and keeping a watchful eye out Tonight.

Neighbor Deb Thorn says, "Always keep your phone by you, a cell phone or landline. And if you hear or see something make the call . It doesn't matter it's OK to make 20 calls rather than nobody calling at all. "

Police also say the armed gun men were wearing generic type sheriff jackets. The jackets did not have any county markings on them.
