Kyi O'Neal Rice Jr. was subcontracted by Levy Food and Beverage to work the concession stands during the Buckeye Country Superfest at the Horsehoe over the weekend. Little did they know he'd later be caught reportedly with the money he was supposed to be managing for them.

Dressed as a money room employee, an Ohio State University Police Department report says Rice went into the money room, took more than $14,000, and walked out of the stadium. The report says two employees noticed the money was missing and called police.

A few minutes later, an officer noticed a man who fit the description given by the employees walking by the RPAC building, just feet away from the stadium. The report says the officer pursued Rice, who evaded him for awhile. Homeland Security was also called, Rice eventually tired and was arrested without incident.

Rice appeared in court Monday morning and was placed on a $25,000 bond.

Ohio State University Police will continue to investigate the incident. Rice has no prior criminal record.
